5 Steps: How to Upload Students in Bulk to the CertCentral System

  1. After logging in, click "Students" in the blue header at the top of the page.
  2. Next, click the blue "Bulk Upload" button on the left side of the screen. 
  3. Download the excel template by clicking the blue "Download" button and fill it out with your students' information in the proper designated columns. 
  4. Once the template has been completed, click File in the header of Excel. Then click "Save As" in the resulting dropdown menu. Name your student roster and then click the "Save" button.
  5. Upload that saved Excel document to our system by clicking the blue "Upload" button, and then click "View Results."

6 Steps: How to Upload Students in Bulk to a Specific Course or Exam 

  1. After logging in, click "Courses" in the blue header at the top of the page if you would like to deliver a course to a large list of students quickly. If you would like to deliver an exam to a large list of students quickly, after logging in, click "Exams" in the blue header at the top of the page. 
  2. Click "Actions" on the course or exam you would like to reissue to that student, and then click "Administration" on the resulting dropdown menu. 
  3. Navigate to the "Invite Students" Page and then click the blue "Bulk Upload" button. 
  4. Next, download the excel template by clicking the blue "Download" button and fill it out with your students' information in the proper designated columns. 
  5. Once the template has been completed, click File in the header of Excel. Then click "Save As" in the resulting dropdown menu. Name your student roster and then click the "Save" button.
  6. Upload that saved Excel document to our system by clicking the blue "Upload" button, and then click "View Results."
