By Administering a training program with certcentral, students or employees can complete training programs on their own time using any on-the-go device.

There are two easy ways to administer your training program:

  1. Activate your program by clicking the status in the program dashboard (on the right-hand side) from closed to opened. 
  2. Copy and paste the registration hyperlink and send it out via email or post wherever you’d like.
  3. Upon clicking on the link, students will be prompted to create or log in to their certcentral account.

Invitation Only: Invite Individual Students or Groups of Students

  1. Activate your program by clicking the status in the program dashboard (on the right-hand side) from closed to opened. 
  2. Click on the “Students” tab within the program dashboard. Then click “+Add Students” in teal lettering located under the open enrollment link. 

              2a. For inviting existing students or invited students to  

                    your program: drag and drop students from the “All Students”  

                    window to the “Students In Program” window.

              2b.  For inviting new students to your program: click “+Invite

                     Students” and then enter each student’s first name, last

                     name, and email, and click the teal outlined “Invite Student” button. 

               2c. For inviting a group to your program: select the group

                     name of interest in the “Groups” window and

                   Drag and drop that group over to the “Students In Program” window.

  3. Once the student(s) and/or group(s) of interest are all within the

      “Students In Program” window—click the teal

      “Save” button.
